Days steps the rings at midnight while it is open, and the next time it opens or wakes. Press SYNC to bring them to today at once.
Can I turn the rings by hand?
Yes. Turn any ring and the other two follow, so the three always agree. The date you set stays until midnight or until you press SYNC.
