Calc

Calc is built with care and exact decimal arithmetic, but check important results, and do not rely on it alone where an error could cause loss or harm. It works from left to right, like a desk calculator.

What applies to every Objectism app

These terms apply to every app made by Yahor Kamarou (Objectism) and sold on the App Store, and to this website. Your licence to use an app is granted under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These terms add to it; where the two disagree about the licence, Apple's agreement applies. By downloading or using an app you accept both.

The licence

You may use an app on any Apple device you own or control, as the App Store's rules allow. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, lend, redistribute, reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows it despite this, or use it for anything unlawful.

What you own, and what we own

What you make with an app, such as a recording, a photograph or a note of a number, is yours. The apps, their design, their sounds, their music and their words belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Purchases and refunds

Apps are bought once through the App Store, at the price it shows. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its rules; ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Updates

We may update an app to fix problems, keep up with iOS or improve it, and may change or remove features when we do. An app may stop working on old versions of iOS. We may stop selling an app; if we do, the copy you already have keeps working as long as your device supports it.

No warranty

We make the apps as carefully as we can, but they are provided as they are, without any warranty that they are free of faults or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has by law where you live.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of an app, and our total liability for an app is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. This version is effective from 23 September 2026.
